Our Diversity Committee continually works to
- increase awareness at the firm of the importance of diversity and inclusion in recruiting, retention and professional development,
- articulate our clients' business needs for diverse legal support, and
- ensure that Wiggin and Dana staffs client matters with well-trained attorneys of all backgrounds.
Working with the firm's Executive Committee and department chairs, the Diversity Committee strives to ensure that everyone at every level supports the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts and shares its goals. Further, the Diversity Committee and the firm as a whole support minority bar associations and other organizations that foster diversity.
