Biography

Ben is counsel in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group.

Ben is an experienced litigator who has devoted his practice to helping clients navigate a broad range of complex legal disputes, including antitrust, intellectual property, licensing, securities fraud, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. Ben has successfully developed and executed litigation strategies in coordination with clients, experts, and consultants in matters involving billions of dollars of alleged damages exposure.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Ben practiced in New York at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he represented multinational companies in complex litigation and regulatory matters.

Ben earned his J.D. magna cum laude from University of Michigan Law School, where he served the Michigan Law Review as Articles Editor. Ben earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Following graduation from law school, Ben clerked for Judge Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
