Biography

David is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on franchise disputes, product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device defense, and complex civil litigation. He represents a range of clients, including franchisors, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, health insurance companies, and individuals in litigation and arbitration.

David received his J.D. summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was the lead articles editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and the president of the Student Bar Association. Before law school, he earned his B.S. from Wagner College, where he studied Arts Administration and Theatre.

David clerked for Judge Jeffrey Alker Meyer of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

David is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Additionally, David is active in the New Haven community. Among other things, he serves as a volunteer judge for Project Youth Court and coordinates the firm's monthly volunteer trips to the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen.
