Michael Pych is an associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Business Practice Department. He joined the firm in March of 2005. Mike’s practice covers a broad range of domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, energy procurement, construction projects, product distribution and sales, manufacturing, business formation and organization, and corporate dissolutions. He has counseled companies in a variety of industries, including energy and utilities, financial services, manufacturing, biotechnology and health care.
Mike is also active in several charities, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut, Inc.
Mike received his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in January of 2005, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and earned a certificate in Tax Studies. While attending law school, he continued in his full-time employment with the Connecticut Judicial Branch as a Support Enforcement Officer. Mike graduated from the University of Miami in 1991 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
