Christian is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana's Corporate Department and has experience advising domestic and international companies on a wide array of corporate matters, including all phases of M&A, private equity, venture capital, and commercial transactions. Christian has worked with clients across several industries, including technology, manufacturing, and utilities.
Christian began his career at Wiggin and Dana as a corporate associate and has also worked as a strategic consultant for organizations in the social sector and served as Executive Director of New HYTEs, a New Haven-based youth development nonprofit.
He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with majors in Management and History, and a minor in Education, Schooling, and Society.
In addition to his work with Wiggin and Dana, Christian is currently a Senior Editor and Lecturer in Management with the Yale Program on Financial Stability at the Yale School of Management, where his research focuses on macro prudential regulation and policy responses to financial crises.
