Andrew D. Bochner

Biography

Andrew is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana's New York office, where he focuses primarily on patent matters, such as patent litigation, patent prosecution, and intellectual property (IP) transactional matters.

Andrew's experience covers numerous technologies, including medical devices, electronics, software, optics, digital image processing, printers, digital displays, mechanical devices, appliances, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

Andrew received his J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he was the patent chair for the Intellectual Property Law Association (IPLA) and assisted startups with intellectual property matters in the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic. He earned his B.A. in biology from Yeshiva University.

Andrew is a member of the NYIPLA Young Lawyers Committee, the NYIPLA Patent Law & Practice Committee, and the IP Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Young Lawyers Committee.
