Andy has dedicated nearly three decades of his career to helping real estate buyers, sellers, and owners—domestic and international—achieve their business goals.
Andy has vast experience in the handling of acquisitions, sales, financings, and leases for foreign pension funds, companies, prominent families, developers, individual investors, and other clients in connection with property types such as office buildings, shopping centers, cooperatives, condominiums, and outdoor advertising.
For example, he recently helped a Fortune 500 company lease new headquarters; a New York City property owner execute a $200-million sale; a borrower secure a $30-million mortgage; and a Times Square building owner rent façade space to advertisers with digital billboards.
Andy’s clients value his attention to detail, around-the-clock availability, and depth of business knowledge to complement his extensive legal experience.
Andy earned his law degree from Penn and a bachelor's degree from Stanford. He also holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of Business.
Andy is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
