Arsineh Kazazian


Arsineh is Counsel in the Private Client Services Department in Wiggin and Dana’s New York office where she assists individuals and families with all aspects of estate and gift planning, including developing family wealth management strategies, and advising business owners with respect to succession planning. She also negotiates and structures prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements in addition to advising individuals and nonprofit clients on establishing and operating private foundations and charitable trusts.

Before joining the firm, Arsineh practiced tax law and estate planning at an international law firm based in Los Angeles, CA and in New York, NY.

Arsineh earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School Of Law and is certified as a Public Accountant in the state of Illinois. She attended the LL.M. program in Taxation at the New York University School of Law where she served as a graduate editor of the Tax Law Review and was the recipient of the Tax Law Scholarship. Arsineh graduated with a B.A. cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
