Ellen is an Associate in the Corporate Department in Wiggin and Dana’s Stamford office, where her responsibilities include assisting clients with various corporate matters, including debt financing, securities issuances, and venture capital.
Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ellen was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, in the Capital Markets and Private Credit Group. She also previously served as a Senior Research Associate at the private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg LLC, and as a Corporate Paralegal at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP.
Ellen received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, where she worked with the Attorney General’s Office on the Sandy Hook charitable response disclosure report and conducted tax research under Professor Richard Pomp. She received her B.A. in Politics from Fairfield University.
Ellen previously clerked for the Honorable Alexander P. White in Circuit Court of Cook County.
Ellen also mentors student entrepreneurs at Fairfield University’s StartUp program and at University of Connecticut’s Innovation Quest program.
