An estate planner's and downsizing advisor's perspective on how to handle your personal property

Wiggin and Dana attorneys and Leslie Abelson, of The Platinum Move, will discuss the importance of taking the time to plan for the disbursement of your personal property, including accurate valuation of your items, estate planning and family considerations and downsizing.

7:15 - 8:00 p.m.
Auction experts will be on hand to evaluate a personal item for each guest. Please bring either a small personal item or a photo of an item you would like to have evaluated. Small personal items can include decoratives, jewelry, watches and other luxury goods (handbags, scarves, etc.). In addition, photographed items can also include art, antiques and collectibles, objets d'art and Asian art. For the most accurate evaluation, photograph your item in natural light, on an angel with close-up of surface and include the front, back and signature or inscription.
