Please join the Diversity Committee and guest speaker Jane DiRenzo Pigott for a CLE program addressing diversity disconnects in the legal workplace. In this program, we will discuss generational characteristics relevant to effective communication in a law firm environment, and ways to successfully bridge those differences; implicit bias and a research-based discussion on the underlying biases most commonly at play in law firms; and the impact of gender, ethnicity and generation on job satisfaction and attrition.

Jane DiRenzo Pigott is the Managing Director of R3 Group LLC, which specializes in providing leadership, change and diversity/inclusion consulting to organizations. Jane's clients include professional service firms and corporations.

Prior to starting R3 Group, Jane practiced law for over twenty years, most recently at Winston & Strawn. While at Winston, Jane created and chaired the firm's Diversity Initiative, rendering the firm a leader among its peers and dramatically improving recruitment, retention and promotion of attorneys. She also served on the firm's Executive Committee, the first woman to do so, and its Compensation Committee. Jane received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
