HR Circle Health Care Reform New Haven
With the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act now behind us, compliance deadlines continue to loom for sponsors of employer-provided health coverage. This program is intended to alert human resources professionals about upcoming regulatory requirements and answer questions about provisions of the law that are currently in effect.
