Dr. Carolyn Mazure, creator and director of Women's Health Research at Yale, is a forceful figure in the women's health movement. An expert on stress and depression in women, Dr. Mazure's research focuses on the biological and physiological differences between men and women and the impact these differences have on illness onset and treatment response.
