State Interaction with Foreign Entities

Wiggin and Dana Partner Robert Langer will be a panelist discussing "State Interaction with Foreign Entities," at a seminar sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law.

The panel will address the practical benefits and occasional pitfalls of State interactions with foreign entities using the recent appellate court decision in Motorola Mobility LLC v. AU Optronics Corp. as an example. The panelists will discuss the impact that this holding will have on the future of international cartel policing and enforcement and will also address the concerns that corporations have when interacting with foreign entities.
