Jonathan is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s New York office, where he focuses primarily on intellectual property, particularly in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
His experience covers a wide range of technical subject matter such as electronics, circuitry, mechanical devices, and computers. Jonathan has represented Fortune 500 companies and excels at developing, protecting, and monetizing patent portfolios covering clients’ core technologies.
Jonathan also practices in transactional matters and the provision of general corporate services to technology startups and entrepreneurs.
Jonathan received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School magna cum laude, where he served on the Journal of Law and Policy. He received his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, where he was a founding member of the Student Intellectual Property Society.
