Wiggin and Dana Lawyer Named Chapter co-President of Connecticut Venture Group

– Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Mark Kaduboski, a partner in the firm's Corporate Department, has been elected Co-President of the Stamford Chapter of the Connecticut Venture Group (CVG) for a one year term.

As Co-President, Mark will help lead the chapter's Board of Directors, on which he has served for the past several years, and pursue CVG's goal of fostering entrepreneurial activity in Connecticut and attracting investment capital to the region's emerging growth companies.

Mark handles corporate matters for a diverse client-base of domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, financial services and energy. His practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions, as well as corporate finance, securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Mark is involved in a number of professional and economic development organizations, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Food Bank. He also volunteers in a number of capacities for Yale University, including serving on the board of directors of the Yale Alumni Fund.
