Wiggin and Dana Lawyer Named to Connecticut Food Bank Board of Directors
STAMFORD – Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Mark Kaduboski, a partner in the firm's Corporate Department, has been elected to Connecticut Food Bank Board of Directors for a two year term.

Mark handles corporate matters for a diverse client-base of domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, financial services and energy. His practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions, as well as corporate finance, securities law compliance and corporate governance.
Mark is involved in a number of professional and economic development organizations, and serves on the board of directors of the Fairfield County chapter of the Connecticut Venture Group. He also volunteers in a number of capacities for Yale University, including serving on the board of directors of the Yale Alumni Fund.
