Christian is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Christian focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments in connection with public and private companies and private equity firms.

Christian received his J.D. from Cornell Law School with a Concentration in Business Law and Regulation, where he also served as an Associate for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He received his B.A in Business Administration & Criminology and Law from University of Florida.
