Billing Coordinator

Wiggin and Dana is looking for a Billing Coordinator in New Haven. We seek a detail‑oriented professional with experience in legal billing, disbursements, and e‑billing who can manage priorities, exercise sound judgment, and produce accurate, timely bills. This New Haven–based role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, prior billing experience in a professional services environment, strong technical aptitude, familiarity with databases, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Associate or Counsel

Wiggin and Dana LLP seeks a senior associate or counsel to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in our Boston, Connecticut or New York office locations.  Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years’ experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.  Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties is required.  Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating agreements, renewals and transfers, as well as experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks is highly preferred.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team whose business and mentorship will support your career goals.

Conflict/Client Intake Analyst

Wiggin and Dana LLP is looking for a Conflict Analyst for our New Haven office. This position requires someone with strong analytical skills, a critical mindset, and a detail‑oriented approach who enjoys problem‑solving and collaborating with others. The role involves performing conflict searches and analysis on new business to ensure compliance with firm procedures, as well as assisting with due‑diligence inquiries on prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and preferably experience in a law firm environment and with Intapp software.

Director of Financial Services

Wiggin and Dana is looking for a dynamic Director of Client Financial Services to lead the full lifecycle of client-facing financial operations and drive revenue performance across the firm. This strategic, hands-on leader will partner closely with the CFO, firm leadership, attorneys, and high‑value clients to elevate financial processes, optimize cash flow, and strengthen the overall client experience. The role oversees critical functions including client intake, matter budgeting, billing/eBilling, collections, A/R, A/P, WIP, and trust accounting—while shaping firmwide financial strategy, improving workflows, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all client finance touchpoints. Ideal candidates bring deep law firm finance expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable financial results.

Financial Analyst

Wiggin and Dana is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports the Firm’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, and contribute to business intelligence initiatives that support practice groups and firm leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets. This position works closely with senior FP&A leadership and collaborates with Accounting, Revenue, IT, and Practice Group stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Candidates must have leading law firm experience in IP related litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.  An Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics background is preferred.  Outstanding academic credentials and communication skills are required.

Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors.  The target base pay range for this role in New York is $200,000-$260,000.

International Trade Compliance Associate

Washington, DC

New Haven

Mid-level associate for our International Trade Compliance (ITC) practice in our Washington, DC or New Haven, CT offices. Candidates seeking to join our tight knit, collegial team should have two to six years of trade compliance experience, including familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Assets Control (sanctions) regulations, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) regulations. Preference for candidates with experience investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures, and developing and implementing compliance policies. A further plus for candidates who previously worked in-house or in government. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, an ability to work closely and extensively with clients, and a good sense of humor.

IT Help Desk Analyst

The target base pay range for this role in New York is $70,000-$95,000 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors, including geography.

Excellent writing skills and top academic credentials required. Admission to the Connecticut, New York or DC Bar is required.

Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors. The target base pay range for this role is $175,000-$210,000.
