Corporate associate for our New Haven or Stamford office. Qualified candidates will have three to four years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with M&A and/or corporate finance transactions is crucial, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is preferred.

Seeking a mid-level Business Immigration Associate.  Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of substantive hands-on experience working with a variety of clients to analyze eligibility and compliance requirements and craft cases including but not limited to: nonimmigrant (E, H, J, K, L, O, P, TN, etc.) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) visa petitions; PERM, AOS/IV, and naturalization applications; and RFE/audit responses.  Excellent writing and organization skills required.
