Senior Marketing Coordinator/Specialist
The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Specialist works closely with Practice Group leaders and the marketing team in a project management role organizing, managing and executing the practice group initiative, including all projects and events related to client development, marketing, and external communications. We are seeking a corporate transaction associate for our Life Sciences practice group. Qualified candidates are expected to have experience in collaboration and licensing transactions in the life sciences/biotechnology industry. At least three years of experience is preferred, but well-qualified candidates with fewer years will be considered. A scientific background is a plus, but not required. We will consider candidates interested in working in our Stamford, Philadelphia, New Haven or New York offices.
Litigation Support Specialist
The Litigation Department seeks a Litigation Support Specialist with two years of law firm or e-discovery vendor experience. This position will be responsible for technology-related support to lawyers and support staff, including database creation, assisting with the management of document reviews, data processing, document productions, case file organization, document scanning, trial exhibit preparation and other litigation related matters. Knowledge of litigation support programs including Relativity, Concordance and LiveNote preferred. The position is based in New Haven but provides litigation support to all offices of the firm. Labor, Employment and Benefits Department, Immigration and Nationality Law and Compliance Practice Group: Business Immigration Associate
We are seeking an associate to join our expanding New Haven-based business immigration and nationality law and compliance team (future option to work in other office locations possible). Although we are willing to train an attorney who can understand and execute immigration law through a business and compliance lens, the preferred full-time candidate will have substantive hands-on experience working with a variety of employer clients to analyze eligibility and compliance requirements and craft cases on behalf of employees including but not limited to: nonimmigrant (E, H, J, K, L, O, P, TN, etc.) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) visa petitions; PERM, AOS/IV, and naturalization applications; and RFE/audit responses. The position involves independently managing cases, coordinating with paralegals, and being in direct contact with clients to counsel through the employee immigration life cycle. Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills required, along with having or obtaining CT bar admission. Part-time or contract attorneys may be considered.
Corporate Department: Associate
Corporate associate for our New Haven or Stamford office. Qualified candidates will have three to six years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with M&A or other complex corporate transactions is crucial, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired.
