Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Accounts Payable team seeks a dependable, detail‑oriented professional with at least three years of accounts payable and expense reporting experience. Responsibilities include managing the full AP cycle, processing, and auditing expense reports, maintaining the invoice repository, and matching, batching, and coding payables. The role also requires handling Sales & Use tax filings and possessing strong knowledge of 1099 preparation. An associate’s degree in accounting and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are required.
Commercial Real Estate/Leasing – Senior Associate or Counsel

Wiggin and Dana LLP seeks a senior associate or counsel to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in our Boston, Connecticut or New York office locations. Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years’ experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate. Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties is required. Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers, as well as experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks is highly preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. The target base pay range for this role in New York is $185,000-$220,000 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
Health Law Fellowship

The Yale New Haven Health System/Wiggin and Dana Health Law Fellowship is open to a first year law student with an interest in health law and a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. The student will spend the first four weeks of this eight-week program at the New Haven office of Wiggin and Dana and the second four weeks working in The Yale New Haven Health System Legal and Risk Services Department. In addition to our New Haven office, the position is open to candidates interested in our Stamford or New York offices, with the willingness to work from New Haven on an as needed basis during both segments of the program.
All students who are in good standing in their first year at an ABA-accredited law school are eligible to apply for the Health Law Fellowship. International Trade Compliance Associate

Wiggin and Dana is seeking a mid-level associate for our International Trade Compliance (ITC) practice in our Washington, DC or New Haven, CT offices. Candidates seeking to join our tight knit, collegial team should have two to six years of trade compliance experience, including familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Assets Control (sanctions) regulations and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) regulations. Preference for candidates with experience investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures and developing and implementing compliance policies. A further plus for candidates who previously worked in-house or in government. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, an ability to work closely and extensively with clients and a good sense of humor.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and insightful support to attorneys and legal teams.
We are looking for a resourceful professional who can think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows 10 and Office 365) and a strong aptitude for learning and utilizing technology are essential.
