Special Counsel Aaron Bayer Interviews Connecticut Supreme Court Chief Justices
Special Counsel Aaron Bayer recently interviewed Connecticut Supreme Court Chief Justice Chase T. Rogers (Ret.) and Justice Joette Katz (Ret.) as part of a three-part video series on the rule of law. The Connecticut Bar Associationโs Fair and Impartial Courts Committee put the series together in response to ongoing attacks on judges and judicial decision-making.
In this video, โHow Judges Rule,โ the panel discusses how judges make decisions and what measures and protections are built into the judicial system to help ensure fair and impartial decisions by judges.
