Wiggin and Dana Advises Dana Safety Supply Management Team on Sale to AEA Investors

Wiggin and Dana recently represented the CEO and COO of Dana Safety Supply, Inc. (DSS), a provider and upfitter of public safety lighting and tactical equipment, in connection with its sale to AEA Investors, a private equity firm. Through the sale, DSS expands its resources for future growth plans and the CEO and COO will continue in their current roles.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of James Greifzu, Christian Chandler, and Lawrence Peikes.
