Wiggin and Dana Advises Aptar Pharma in Acquisition of Device Technology Assets of SipNose

Wiggin and Dana supported Aptar Pharma in its acquisition of all device technology assets from the proprietary portfolio of SipNose Nasal Delivery Systems. Aptar Pharma is a global leader in drug delivery systems, services and active material science solutions. Through the acquisition, Aptar Pharma expands its nose-to-brain pathway expertise and patent product portfolio and increases additional development and new scientific research. Congratulations to the Aptar team on successfully expanding Aptar Pharma’s intranasal drug delivery portfolio.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of Patti Kavee Melick, Heather D. Rahilly, Brittany Lyon, Anthony D. Sabatelli, PhD, and Samantha Scheer.
