Gabriella Bensur Joins Wiggin and Dana as Counsel in the Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group
Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce that Gabriella Bensur has joined the firm as Counsel in its Litigation Department and as a member of the Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group.
Ms. Bensur’s practice focuses on complex litigation, antitrust, and commercial disputes. Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ms. Bensur was an associate in the antitrust and competition practice of a global law firm in New York where she represented clients in nationwide antitrust class action lawsuits, international litigation, white-collar investigations, and commercial disputes. Ms. Bensur brings her extensive experience serving clients in the technology, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries to complement Wiggin’s Antitrust team, which has been actively litigating some of the largest and most impactful antitrust and technology cases in recent years.
Ms. Bensur earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School where she was Notes Editor of the Cornell Law Review. She received her B.A. in Philosophy and Government from Cornell University. Following law school, Gabriella clerked for the Honorable Christopher C. Conner on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Point Foundation, The LGBTQ Scholarship Fund.
