Michael Menapace, Co-Chair of Wiggin and Dana’s Insurance Practice Group, along with associate Leah Mantei, contributed key chapters to the recently released 3rd edition of The Reference Handbook on the Commercial General Liability Policy (ABA Publishing). Wiggin’s lawyers contributed Chapter 4 – Principal Exclusions (Coverage A) and Chapter 9 – Business Risk Exclusions.
