Benchmark Litigation Names Three Wiggin and Dana Partners to the 2023 “40 & Under List”
Wiggin and Dana Litigation Partners, Nathan Denning, Robyn Gallagher and David Roth were named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 “40 & Under List” for the second year in a row. The Benchmark Litigation team bestows this distinction upon the nation’s most accomplished litigators aged 40 and younger who are considered the top emerging talent in litigation. The list is compiled based on peer, client, and individual case review.
Congratulations to this year’s honorees:
- Nathan Denning (New York) is a partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. He has extensive experience leading large, complex litigation and internal investigations matters.
- Robyn Gallagher (Hartford) is a partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including aviation, products liability, and insurance coverage matters.
- David Roth (New Haven) is a partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in complex and high-profile cases at the trial and appellate levels.
