Partner Paul Tuchmann Quoted In Law360 and ABA Journal On Former President Donald Trump’s Indictment

Partner Paul Tuchmann was quoted in the Law360 article, “The Legal Questions That May Decide People V. Donald Trump.” and in the ABA Journal article, “Experts see these problems with felony-records case against Trump over hush-money payments.”

Paul is quoted stating, “This isn’t a classic example of a campaign expenditure violation, so to say this payment is the basis for a criminal offense is aggressive” in regards to a hush-money payment serving as a donation to Trump’s presidential campaign. Paul continues stating, “On the other hand, that is exactly what Cohen pled guilty to, but he didn’t test that theory in court.”
