Wiggin and Dana Attorneys Selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs
Today Wiggin and Dana announced its selection of counsel Anjali Dalal and associates Michael Addison and Jenna Cutler for leadership development with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
Dalal will participate in LCLDโs 2022 Fellows program and Addison and Cutler will participate in the 2022 Pathfinders program. The Fellows and Pathfinders programs fast-tracks the professional development of the legal industryโs diverse, high-potential mid-career and early-career leaders, respectively.

Wiggin and Dana joined LCLD in 2021 as part of its strategic commitment to making tangible DEI progress across the firm and the legal profession. The firmโs action plan, DEI DRIVE, aims to drive Wiggin and Dana into the top 33 percent of its law firm peer group for diversity in five years, and the top 25 percent in ten years. Other important steps recently taken by Wiggin towards its DEI goals include the creation of a C-level leadership role fully dedicated to addressing DEI, as well as participation in the Mansfield Rule, which aims to boost representation of underrepresented lawyers in law firm leadership.
