Partner Michael Menapace Quoted in AM Best Article

On January 24, 2022, Partner Michael Menapace was quoted in AM Best’s BestWire in an article concerning the war/hostile act exclusion found in many property insurance policies and whether damages resulting from the 2016 NotPetya cyber-attack, which is attributed to the Russian military and originally directed at Ukraine’s government computer systems, are excluded from coverage.
