Partner Michael Menapace and Counsel Susan M. Kennedy represented American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Co., a subsidiary of Zurich American Insurance Company, in a lawsuit against Greenwood Racing Inc. for claims of pandemic-related financial losses. The Law360 article, “Pa. Gambling Co.’s Virus Coverage Suit Stays In Federal Court” discusses the judge’s decision to deny the motion to remand the case to Pennsylvania state court.
