On July 29, 2021, Partner Michael Menapace was quoted in The Wall Street Journal article titled, “Surfside Condo Collapse Lawsuits Mount, With Just $50 Million for Payouts.” The article reviews the collapse of the Surfside condominium and victim compensation. Menapace discusses the issues involved with the plaintiff’s lawyers suing the original builders, contractors, and architects of the 40-year-old Champlain Towers.
