5th Circuit Relies on Partner Michael Menapace’s Law Review Article
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals recently issued an order certifying a question to the Texas Supreme Court. In doing so, the appeals court relied on a scholarly article authored by Partner Michael Menapace. The article, titled “Going Beyond the Four Corners to Deny a Defense: A Critique of Section 13(3) of the Restatement of Liability Insurance,” was published in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal.
