Wiggin and Dana Represents HARMAN in Acquisition of Savari

Wiggin and Dana Partners Andrew Ritter and William A. Perrone recently and successfully represented HARMAN International Incorporated, an audio equipment and technology company owned by Samsung, in connection with HARMANs’ acquisition of Savari, a Silicon Valley-based automotive technology company developing vehicle-to-everything communications (V2X) technology in 5G Edge and automotive devices.
