Wiggin and Dana Wins Supreme Court Victory for Germany in Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act Case

Wiggin and Dana won a major victory in the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday for the Federal Republic of Germany and its consortium of Berlin museums in a Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act case limiting jurisdiction over in U.S. courts over foreign governments and their public museums. The Wiggin team included Partners Jonathan Freiman, Tadhg Dooley, David Hall and David Roth.
