Litigation Partner David Hall Quoted In Law360 Story On the False Claims Act
Wiggin and Dana Litigation partner David Hall was quoted in Law360’s December 4 article, “FCA’s Bite In Balance As Justices Eye Implied Compliance.”
The Supreme Court has decided to review a court of appeals decision addressing the issue of “implied certification” under the False Claims Act.
Mr. Hall said, “This is an important development because the Supreme Court is now in a position to establish a uniform standard of falsity under the False Claims Act.”
