On March 15, Partner Carolyn Reers will present at the STEP New York and the New York State Bar Association’s Event, 19th Annual International Estate Planning Institute. In her panel, Lawyers as Gatekeepers- Ethical Considerations, she will be discussing the developments in ethical considerations affecting U.S. lawyers working with international families, especially with respect to amendments to the ABA’s Model Rules for Professional Conduct.
