Wiggin and Dana is once again co-sponsoring a meeting of the Talent Acquisition Knowledge Network. The next session, which will take place on October 25, 2019, will focus on holding your hiring managers accountable.  

At this session, an accomplished panel of human resources and talent acquisition professionals representing a diverse group of companies in our marketplace will explore the talent acquisition team/hiring manager relationship. Panelists will share their experiences and best practices for maintaining active engagement from hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Attendees can expect to gain actionable strategies that can be immediately enacted

The Talent Acquisition Knowledge Network is a peer network of talent acquisition and human resources professionals who share ideas and experiences about common challenges and current trends. The group was created by Vision Search Partners LLC and Wiggin and Dana to address the knowledge-sharing needs of human resources and talent acquisition professionals who lack an internal peer network within their companies. Membership consists of human resources professionals who are engaged in talent acquisition matters in Connecticut and Westchester County, NY.
