As Chair of the Consumer Protection Committee of the ABA, Section of Antitrust Law, Mr. Langer will be moderating a panel on privacy/consumer protection. The featured speaker for this panel will be the new Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, Howard Beales. The Fall Forum will focus on the new administration and possible changes in policy.
