David Ring and Sean Koehler co-authored an article published in issue 25 of Export Compliance Manager titled, “Changes to OEE enforcement policy and voluntary self-disclosure calculus.” The article discusses how the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Office of Export Enforcement (OEE) has altered its approach to enforcement, and the effects those changes may have on companies’ decisions to file voluntary self-disclosures.
