Many years ago, there was a television show called “You Are There.” The premise was that the show would take the viewer back to watch historic events unfolding on a real-time basis. The article in this issue on the break-up of AT&T by Gerry Connell, the chief government prosecutor (who is now the chair-elect of this Section), presents a “You Are There” view.
