Wiggin and Dana Advises Southfield Capital in the Sale of its Portfolio Company, Milrose Consultants, to Littlejohn & Co.

Wiggin and Dana represented Southfield Capital in the sale of its portfolio company, Milrose Consultants, a leading national provider of code consulting, permit expediting, architecture and engineering, inspection services, and municipal real estate compliance solutions, to Littlejohn & Co. This transaction marks a successful exit for Southfield following years of significant growth at Milrose, during which the company expanded into a nationwide platform, broadened its service offerings, and completed strategic acquisitions under Southfield’s ownership.

The Wiggin and Dana deal team consisted of Mark Kaduboski, James Greifzu, Daniela Badiola Spanos, Brittany Lyon, Selma Tabakovic, Brian Sturm, Amanda Farrish, Scott McClure, Christian Chandler, Daniel LaRose, Lawrence Peikes, David Speranzini, Dimitrios Tournas, Frank Duffin, David Devich, Mark Heaphy, John Doroghazi, Paul Tuchmann, Colleen Kozikowski, and John Foley.
