Becca Gedney joined Wiggin and Dana in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s human resources functions, including staff recruiting, onboarding and performance review processes for the business operations team.  This includes day to day management of the firm’s staffing needs in its 10 offices across multiple states. In her role, Becca works closely with the firm’s leadership team on employee compensation, policy development, benefits, employee relations and legal compliance.

Becca started her career as an HR professional at an AmLaw 100 firm, and before joining Wiggin, had more than 20 years of law firm human resources experience.
