Jessica is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group.
Jessica represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country in complex civil matters. Jessica is particularly experienced representing parties in connection with consumer protection claims, shareholder suits, and claims brought by state attorney generals. Jessica is a member of Wiggin and Dana’s Pro Bono Committee and Alumni Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she defended and advised Fortune 500 companies in a range of complex matters. Jessica also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Katharine H. Parker of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. In 2021, Jessica was awarded The Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award in recognition of her pro bono representation of incarcerated individuals seeking humanitarian release.
Jessica earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was Staff Editor and Digital Articles Editor for the Review of Law & Social Change journal. She received her B.A. in History from Brandeis University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and Phi Alpha Theta. At Brandeis, Jessica received the Eugene Black Prize for Excellence in History and the Raucher Prize for Excellence in Hebrew Language.
