Billing Coordinator
New Haven
Wiggin and Dana is looking for a Billing Coordinator in New Haven. We seek a detail‑oriented professional with experience in legal billing, disbursements, and e‑billing who can manage priorities, exercise sound judgment, and produce accurate, timely bills. This New Haven–based role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, prior billing experience in a professional services environment, strong technical aptitude, familiarity with databases, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
IT Help Desk Analyst
New York
Wiggin and Dana is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Analyst to provide efficient, customer‑focused technical support across the firm. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage support tickets, and ensure a smooth technology experience for all users. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with onboarding of new users, and supporting firmwide technology initiatives. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality service. The target base pay range for this role in New York is $70,000-$95,000 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors, including geography.
