Billing Coordinator

Wiggin and Dana is looking for a Billing Coordinator in New Haven. We seek a detail‑oriented professional with experience in legal billing, disbursements, and e‑billing who can manage priorities, exercise sound judgment, and produce accurate, timely bills. This New Haven–based role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, prior billing experience in a professional services environment, strong technical aptitude, familiarity with databases, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Associate or Counsel

Wiggin and Dana LLP seeks a senior associate or counsel to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in our Boston, Connecticut or New York office locations.  Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years’ experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.  Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties is required.  Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating agreements, renewals and transfers, as well as experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks is highly preferred.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team whose business and mentorship will support your career goals.

Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors. The target base pay range for this role is $185,000-$275,000.

Qualified candidates will have 3 to 6 years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with Venture Capital or M&A is required, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired. ​

Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors.  The target base pay range for this role is $180,000-$260,000.

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Wiggin and Dana LLP is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for our Connecticut, New York, or Boston office locations. Candidates must have leading law firm experience in IP related litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.  An Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics background is preferred.  Outstanding academic credentials and communication skills are required.

Base salary compensation for this position will vary by office location, relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors.  The target base pay range for this role in New York is $200,00-$260,000.

International Trade Compliance Associate

Wiggin and Dana is seeking a mid-level associate for our International Trade Compliance (ITC) practice in our Washington, DC or New Haven, CT offices. Candidates seeking to join our tight knit, collegial team should have two to six years of trade compliance experience, including familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Foreign Assets Control (sanctions) regulations and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) regulations. Preference for candidates with experience investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures and developing and implementing compliance policies. A further plus for candidates who previously worked in-house or in government. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, an ability to work closely and extensively with clients and a good sense of humor.

Research Specialist

Wiggin and Dana seeks a detail-oriented, intellectually curious Research Specialist to join its Knowledge and Research Services Department. This role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert on company, industry, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, and related research. The successful candidate will conduct a wide range of research and analysis, manage current awareness and monitoring projects, contribute substantially to experience management and artificial intelligence initiatives, and perform other tasks in support of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
