On September 14, Partner Kim Rinehart will co-present on behalf of the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) in the 2020 Connecticut Legal Conference on the topic of “2019 – The Year in Review.” Kim and her co-presenters will review the most recent opinions from the CBA Standing Committee on Professional Ethics, the Statewide Grievance Committee, and the courts, and proposed rules changes at the Connecticut Legal Conference.
