Wiggin and Dana Partners Daniel Daniels and Michael Clear and Associate Erin Nicholls presented at the 36th Annual Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Connecticut State Conference (held virtually this year due to COVID-19). They spoke on the topic of “Hot Topics in Estate Planning.” Their session highlighted planning strategies with retirement benefits in light of the SECURE Act, Trust Design, SLATs and other advance planning techniques.
