38th Annual FPA Connecticut State Conference: Hot Topics in Estate Planning

On April 27, 2022, Michael Clear and Erin Nicholls will present for the 38th Annual FPA Connecticut State Conference on the topic of “Hot Topics in Estate Planning.”

This seminar will provide an up-to-date review of hot topics in estate planning, including: planning for qualified retirement benefits post-SECURE Act; planning with emerging asset classes, like cryptocurrency; the use of split-dollar life insurance agreements under new 2036 guidance; and trust planning in Connecticut after its enactment of the Uniform Trust Code. Participants will receive practical tips to further engage clients in solid planning in today’s environment.
