On June 2, 2020, Partners Paul Hughes and Evan Kipperman and Counsel Adam Silverman provided complementary Office Hours to various start-ups from the prominent regional accelerators EntrepreneurLabNYC, Accelerating Bioscience in Connnecticut, and Westschester County Bioscience Accelerators. The virtual office hours were coordinated by Accelerator for Biosciences in Connecticut (ABCT).

Founders of these new companies were able to discuss the legal questions they face in establishing a successful business, particularly those related to fundraising and the establishment of their Board of Directors.
