American Bar Association’s 44th Annual Forum on Franchising
On October 14, 2021, Partner John Doroghazi will present at the American Bar Association‘s 44th Annual Forum on Franchising. The annual meeting will provide interesting and relevant franchise law programming and is intended for all experience levels.
John will present the workshop titled, “Herding Cats: Class, Consolidated, and Other Mass Actions.” This workshop will cover the tactical and procedural challenges of pursuing claims through multi-party actions, drafting and enforcing class action and mass/collective action waivers in court and arbitration, and much more.
