On November 3, Partner John Doroghazi will present at the American Bar Association‘s 45th Annual Forum on Franchising.

John will co-present the workshop titled, “Recent Topics in Arbitration: What Litigators and Drafters Should Know.” This workshop will address how this recent authority impacts litigating arbitration issues as well as how recent decisions impact best drafting practices for agreements to arbitrate.
